PB&J Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are so easy to make and they're delicious! I make these for our breakfasts every week and my boyfriend LOVES it! I tried a new breakfast recipe one week and he was so sad! Lesson learned, don't mess with his Overnight Oats!

Oats are rich in fiber, help to lower cholesterol, help to balance blood sugar and are loaded with vitamins and minerals!

Total Time: 4 hours, 5 min

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

· ½ cup dry (40g) - Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats

· 2/3 cup (160g) – Unsweetened Almond Milk

· 1/2 scoop (17g) - Vanilla Protein Powder

· 2 Tbsp (12g) – Pb2 Powdered Peanut Butter

· 1 Tbsp (12g) – Chia Seeds

· 1/8 tsp - Cinnamon

· 2 Tbsp (31g) – Frozen Raspberries

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar, bowl, or Tupperware. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).

2. When ready to serve remove from the fridge and enjoy! The oats will be very thick and creamy, so add a splash of milk to loosen if you like.
